This policy explains what information the Predicta app collects, why, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to it.

1. About the app

Predicta publishes football match analysis and predictions for information and entertainment. It is not a betting service: it does not accept wagers, take deposits or pay out winnings. Predictions are estimates, not guarantees. The app is for adults aged 18 or over.

2. Information we collect

• Account details. If you register, your email address and password. The password is handled by Firebase Authentication; we cannot read it. If you continue as a guest, a random anonymous ID is created instead.
• Profile picture (optional). If you choose a photo from your gallery, a small reduced copy (about 160 px) is stored with your account and shown only to you, on your own profile. Other members never see photos from your gallery; they see a ready-made picture instead. You can change it or delete your account at any time. We do not access your other photos.
• Community votes (optional). If you vote on a match, we store your vote, your first name taken from the first part of your email address, your profile picture, and your count of correct votes. This is shown to other members in the top-voters table. Deleting your account removes this record. Votes are for entertainment only.
• Profile record. A record in Google Cloud Firestore with your user ID, email (if any), your plan (free or VIP), the VIP expiry date where applicable, and your push-notification token.
• Push notification token. Used to send you match notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Purchases. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Google Play. We see which product you own and its status. We never receive your card or payment details.
• Advertising data. The app shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), your IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad interactions and diagnostics, to deliver and measure ads. VIP members and administrators do not see ads. In the EEA, UK and other regulated regions, ads are only requested after you answer Google's consent form, and you can change your choice later in Profile › Ad privacy choices.
• On your device. Which bonus matches you unlocked today is stored locally on your phone.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or health data.

3. How we use it

• To create your account and sign you in.
• To show matches and predictions, and unlock content according to your plan.
• To send notifications you allowed.
• To show ads that keep the free version available.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf under their own terms: Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications), Google Play (billing) and Google AdMob (advertising). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account (see how to delete your account), your profile record and sign-in are permanently removed.

6. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the database is restricted by security rules so that you can only read and change your own profile. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to or restrict some processing. You can delete your account inside the app, or contact us. You can also reset your advertising ID in your Android settings.

8. Children

Predicta is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, with the safeguards those providers apply.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
