Delete your Predicta account

Option 1: inside the app (fastest)

Open Predicta and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm (email accounts must enter their password).

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: by email (if you can no longer open the app)

Send a message to SUPPORT_EMAIL_HERE from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my Predicta account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply. Guest accounts have no email, so please delete those from inside the app.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (email and password, or guest ID).
Your profile record: user ID, email, plan, VIP expiry date and push-notification token.

What is not deleted by us

Google Play purchases and subscriptions. They belong to your Google account. Deleting your Predicta account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, otherwise you may be charged again. Refunds are handled by Google Play.
Advertising data held by Google AdMob, which is governed by Google's own policies.
